How to Install python-pymssql software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-pymssql software package provides Python database access for MS SQL server and Sybase, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-pymssql

python-pymssql is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-pymssql package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pymssql *

You will get with python-pymssql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
